4LiveHelp.net pricing is pretty straight forward. For up to 25 concurrent users (counting administrators and customers), our price is an introductory price of $19.95 a month, bottom line. No startup fee. It's that simple. Each time we update the software, you get updated for no additional charge.

We can also design a custom chat button if you so desire. One of our standard buttons in a color scheme to match your site is automatically included, but if you would like a custom button, we charge $99 per button.

If you need more than 25 concurrent users, please contact us. We can work out a tailored hosting and software plan, including any special modifications your company may require. This is an option only larger businesses will need to explore, as most smaller companies probably won't see more than two or three administrators handling four or five chats.
