Admin Features:

• Admin Panel - Your admin panel lets you see who is chatting, which chats are currently being handled, and alerts you when a new chatter is waiting to be helped. You can search for old chats, and with your account password, add and delete users from your account.
• Chat n Browse - while the left half of the screen displays the chat text, the right half displays your site. Upon entering the chat, the right frame loads up the page your customer came from, and you can browse along with your customer.
• Quick Response - Your most commonly used phrases can be typed and sent automatically at the press of a button.
• Send a Link - To the right of your send text button is a send link button. Click it, type a URL in the box, and hit submit. You will send a link to that url which will open up in the view window to the right. A great way to guide customers through your site!

Customer Features:

• Ease of use - there is nothing to download. The customer simply clicks on the chat now button, types in an alias, and begins to chat. The customer sees who is helping him/her, and all chat functionality is basic and self explanatory.
